Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of aripiprazole combined with fluvoxamine on clinical efficacy, survival therapy and safety in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods: From April 2012 to March 2016, 216 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder admitted to our hospital were divided into control group (n=103 cases) and study group (n=113 cases) according to different drug regimens. Patients in the control group were given non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy combined with fluvoxamine. Patients in the study group were given aripiprazole on the basis of the control group. The scores of GQOLI-74, HAMA and Y-BCOS before and after treatment in two groups were compared, the clinical efficacy and safety of medication were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the GQOLI-74 score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The GQOLI-74 score of the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference (P<0.05). The GQOLI-74 score of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment, and there were significant differences (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the HAMA score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The HAMA score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Y-BCOS score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The Y-BCOS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The Y-BCOS score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 77.67% in the control group, which was significantly lower than 92.92% in the study group (χ2= 4.509, P<0.05). Conclusion: Aripiprazole combined with fluvoxamine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder can improve the quality of life and effectively improve the psychiatric symptoms. The curative effect is better than that of fluvoxamine, and it is safer and worthy of clinical promotion.
