Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic gastric perforation repair on gastric perforation and its influence on the electrogastrogram parameters. Methods: From May 2015 to June 2017, 122 patients with gastric perforation were divided into laparoscopic group and open group according to different surgical methods. 68 patients in laparoscopic group underwent laparoscopic gastric perforation repair and 54 patients in open group underwent open gastric perforation repair. The clinical efficacy, changes of electrogastrogram parameters as well as serum PGI, AMY, GAS,MTL levels before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results: Intraoperative blood loss of laparoscope group significantly lower than open group, bowel sound recovery time, exhaust time and length of stay significantly shorter than open group did (P<0.01). The percentage of normal slow wave rhythm, gastric electrical amplitude, gastric electrical frequency, and gastric electrical dominant power of laparoscope group after operation at different time points were all higher than those of open group after operation at the identical time points (P<0.01). The PGI level of laparoscope group 7d after operation was significantly higher than that of open group at the identical time point, the AMY level of laparoscope group 3, 7d after operation was significantly lower than that of open group at the identical time point, and the GAS, MTL levels of laparoscope group 1,3, 7d after operation were significantly lower than those of open group at the identical time point (P<0.01). The incidence of complication in the laparoscopic group was significantly lower in the open group (7.35% vs 27.78% P<0.01). Conclusion: In treating gastric perforation, laparoscopic gastric perforation repair has minor trauma, quicker recovery, less influence on electrogastrogram parameters and serum digestible indexes, and promotes the recovery of gastroenteric function.
