Abstract:Objective: To study application of comprehensive exercise training in knee joint replacement and its effect on joint mobility and function. Methods: 80 patients with comprehensive exercise training who received therapy from August 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected. According to simple random number table, those patients were divided into the observation group (n=45) and the control group (n=45). After surgery, the control group was given simple passive training, the observation group was given comprehensive exercise training on the basis of the control group. After 1 month, treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results: After surgery, the tibial angle, the knee joint line height and the maximum extension angle of the knee joint of tow groups were reduced, The maximum flexion angle of the knee joint and posterior tibial angle were increased(P<0.05), and the result of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05); the HSS score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (90.85±2.17)scores VS(78.34±3.03)scores, the VAS score was lower than that of the control group (2.78±0.42)scores VS(4.59±0.53)scores(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group 93.33%(42/45) VS 75.56% (34/45)(P<0.05); the incidence rate of complication in observation group was lower than that in control group 2.22%(1/45)VS15.56(7/45)(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of comprehensive exercise training after knee replacement can promote the recovery of joint mobility and function, reduce complications and improve prognosis. It is worthy of application and popularization.
