Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with lipoic acid injection on diabetic foot. Methods: 85 cases of diabetic foot patients admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects, the randomization method was divided into the observation group (n=45) and the control group (n=40), the control group was treated with thiocyanic acid injection, and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with thiocyanic acid injection. After treatment, the efficacy and serum endothelin (ET), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), endothelial growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) levels, hemorheology and HbAlc values were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in ET, CGRP, VEGF and bFGF levels between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, two groups of CGRP, VEGF and bFGF levels were significantly elevated, ET level declined obviously, observation group of CGRP, VEGF and bFGF were significantly higher than that of control group, ET level is significantly lower than control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in total blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen level between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, two groups of whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrin raw water average declined obviously, observation group whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were significantly lower than the control group, (P<0.05); Before treatment, there was no significant difference in HbAlc level between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the HbAlc level of both groups decreased significantly, and the HbAlc level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In diabetic foot patients, hyperbaric oxygen combined with thioic acid injection has a significant effect, and can effectively improve the serum ET, CGRP, VEGF and bFGF levels of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
