Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of foot pedaling on the dislocation of the shoulder joint and the large nodule fracture of the humerus and the effect on the joint function. Methods: 100 patients with shoulder dislocation combined with ulnar joint fractures were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with lever reduction method. The patients in the experimental group were treated with pedaling, The success rate, resetting time, complication, shoulder function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The success rate of primary reduction was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group. The success rate and complication rate were significantly lower than those in the control group. The scores of shoulder pain, daily life ability and activity function were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01), and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The difference between GH and BP scores was significantly higher than that of the control group at 6 months after treatment. Conclusion: The effect of foot pedal treatment on the dislocation of the shoulder joint and the large nodule fracture of the humerus has a significant effect on the joint function of the patient.
