足蹬法治疗肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折的效果观察及对患者关节功能的影响

摘要 目的: 探讨足蹬法治疗肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折的效果及对患者关节功能的影响。方法: 收集2015年10月至2017年2月入院的100例肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组患者予以杠杆复位法,实验组患者则予以足蹬法治疗,比较两组患者一次复位成功率、复位时间、并发症、肩关节功能与生活质量。结果:实验组患者一次复位成功率显著性高于对照组,一次复位成功时间与并发症率显著性低于对照组;治疗后肩关节疼痛、日常生活能力与活动功能评分均显著性高于对照组;治疗后6个月GH、BP与VT评分组间比较均显著性高于对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:足蹬法治疗肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折的效果及对患者关节功能的影响显著,具有借鉴意义。

Abstract：Objective: To investigate the effect of foot pedaling on the dislocation of the shoulder joint and the large nodule fracture of the humerus and the effect on the joint function. Methods: 100 patients with shoulder dislocation combined with ulnar joint fractures were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with lever reduction method. The patients in the experimental group were treated with pedaling, The success rate, resetting time, complication, shoulder function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The success rate of primary reduction was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group. The success rate and complication rate were significantly lower than those in the control group. The scores of shoulder pain, daily life ability and activity function were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01), and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The difference between GH and BP scores was significantly higher than that of the control group at 6 months after treatment. Conclusion: The effect of foot pedal treatment on the dislocation of the shoulder joint and the large nodule fracture of the humerus has a significant effect on the joint function of the patient.
