光动力法配合激素治疗对增生性瘢痕患者VSS评分改善效果及p-STAT3 Egr-1表达的影响

摘要 目的: 探讨光动力法配合激素治疗对增生性瘢痕患者VSS评分改善情况及p-STAT3、Egr-1表达的影响。方法: 选取2014年1月至2016年7月增生性瘢痕患者124例,按照随机数字表将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各62例。对照组单纯使用糖皮质激素进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合光动力疗法治疗,分别对两组患者治疗前后不同时间VSS评分、疗效进行评价并分析,同时检测两组患者治疗前后p-STAT3、Egr-1表达情况。结果: 治疗后2个月后观察组的VSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者p-STAT3、Egr-1水平均显著降低(P<0.05),并且观察组两项指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论: 采用光动力法联合糖皮质激素可有效抑制增生性瘢痕患者p-STAT3、Egr-1的表达水平,降低VSS评分,具有更好的治疗效果,并且具有一定安全性。

AbstractObjective: To investigate the effect of photodynamic therapy combined with hormone therapy on the improvement of VSS score and the expression of p-STAT3 and Egr-1 in patients with hypertrophic scars. Method: A total of 124 patients with hypertrophic scars treated in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 62 patients in each group. The control group was treated with glucocorticoid alone. The observation group was treated with photodynamic therapy on the basis of the control group. The VSS score and the curative effect were evaluated and analyzed before and after treatment. The levels of p- STAT3, Egr-1 expression. Results: After 2 months of treatment, the VSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of p-STAT3 and Egr-1 in both groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the two indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The combined use of photodynamic therapy and glucocorticoid can effectively inhibit the expression of p-STAT3 and Egr-1 in patients with hypertrophic scar and reduce the score of VSS, which has better therapeutic effect and has certain safety.
