摘要目的: 探讨猴头菌提取物颗粒治疗小儿感染后脾虚综合征的临床疗效。方法: 选取2016年1月至2016年12月期间,我院106例小儿感染后脾虚综合征患者,根据计算机产生随机数的方法,将其分为对照组(双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片,48例)和观察组(对照组治疗基础上,给予猴头菌提取物颗粒,58例),比较两组治疗的总体疗效、症状积分改善情况,以及主要症状疗效。结果: 与对照组相比,观察组治疗的总有效率增高(96.6% vs 75.0%,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;与对照组相比,观察组治疗后症状积分降低(0.3±0.1 vs 4.2±0.6分),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组厌食(96.6% vs 70.8%)、大便溏软(100.0% vs 83.3%)、脘腹胀痛(100.0% vs 68.75%)等主要症状治疗的总有效率均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 猴头菌提取物颗粒能够明显提高小儿感染后脾虚综合征治疗的临床疗效,显著改善患儿临床症状,值得临床推广。
Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of hedgehog fungus extract granules in the treatment for spleen deficiency syndrome after infection in children. Method: The 106 children patients with spleen deficiency syndrome after infection in our hospital during the period from Jan 2016 to Dec 2016 were randomized into the control group (treatment of live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets, 48 patients) and the observation group (addition to control group, treatment of hedgehog fungus extract granules, 58 patients) according to the random number method. The total clinical efficacy, improvements of symptom scores, and curative effect of main symptoms in two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was significantly increased in the observation group with statistical difference (96.6% vs 75.0%, P<0.05); compared with the control group, the symptom scores after treatment were obviously decreased in the observation group with statistical difference (0.3±0.1 vs 4.2±0.6, P<0.05); compared with the control group, the total effective rates of treatment for main symptoms such as anorexia (96.6% vs 70.8%), loose stools (100.0% vs 83.3%), abdominal pain (100.0% vs 68.75%) were significantly increased in the observation groupwith statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of hedgehog fungus extract granules can significantly increase the clinical efficacy of spleen deficiency syndrome after infection in children, improve the children's clinical symptoms, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
