Abstract：Objective: Analysis the present situation of Integrating pension service with medical service, find out the problems in medical-nursing institutional care model, research the standard system and put forward a perfect suggestion. In order to promote effective industry provides the basis for management and supervision. Methods: Analysis the basic situation of pension agency in chengde city. Combing the relevant policies and current standards of medical-nursing institutional care model.Investigation of typical endowment institutions.Adopt questionnaire investigation of chengde city endowment agencies, analysis, summary, research and discussion. Results: In 45 endowment institutions, there are 27 Integrating pension service with medical service.
