Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of Qingrejiedu prescription on the level of IFN-, IL-4 and IL-6 of children with refractory mycoplasma. Methods: 90 patients with RMPP were enrolled in this study during January 2015 to June 2016. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group, 45cases in each group according to the number of random table method. 45 healthy children who were admitted to our hospital for the same period were selected as health group. The children in control group were treated with azithromycin. The children in the observation group were treated with Qingrejiedu on the basis of the control group. The levels of CD4+, CD8+, CD4+ / CD8+, IL-6, IFN-γ, IL-4 in serum and IL-6, IFN-γ and IL-4 in BALF were measured before and after treatment. Results: The levels of CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+ in the control group and the observation group were significantly lower than those in the healthy group (P<0.05), and the levels of CD8 + were significantly higher than those in the healthy group (P<0.05) before treatment. After treatment, the levels of CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). The levels of IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-6 in the serum and BALF of the control group and the observation group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group before treatment (P<0.05) before treatment. After treatment, the serum and BALF of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Qingrejiedu can effectively improve the level of cytokines and inflammatory factors in children with RMPP, improving immunity system of children.
