Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy on the development of full-term infants. Methods: 240 cases of maternal birth in our hospital were selected, including 82 cases of maternal vaginal bleeding in the early pregnancy, as the observation group; 158 cases of maternal vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, as the control group. The birth conditions, physical development, intelligence and mental development of the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of fetal distress in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the birth weight was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in physical development, mental development and mental development index between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Pregnancy vaginal bleeding can affect the birth weight of infants born in full term, leading to fetal distress, its physical and mental and mental development were no significant impact.
