Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of hydroxyethyl starch 130.4 electrolyte injection and 130.4 sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch on blood coagulation function in patients with septic shock, oxidative stress and hemodynamics. Methods: 86 cases septic shock admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 43 cases. The observation group was received with 130.4 hydroxyethyl starch electrolyte injection for recovery and the control group was treated by using hydroxyethyl starch 130.4 sodium chloride for recovery. The levels of stress product of hemodynamics and coagulation function of two groups were compared. Results: After the recovery of the two groups of patients with MDA and AOPP levels decreased, the observation group was 16.44±1.9, 35.6 ± 5.6, were significantly lower than before treatment and the patients in the control group; after the recovery of antioxidant levels in two groups of GSH-PX and SOD levels were increased, the observation group were 242.6±31.3 and 29.7±2.2. But was significantly higher than the control group; two patients in group BT, PT, APTT and TT levels compared to no difference in recovery, after the recovery of the patients in the observation group BT, PT, APTT, TT levels were 129.5±39.8,13.3±0.9,31.7±2.9,17.7±1.8,significantly lower than the control group patients in the control group, difference significant. After treatment, the levels of EVLWI and CVP were significantly decreased in both groups, and the levels of were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the levels of MAP were significantly higher than those before treatment, but there was no difference between the two groups. Conclusion: 130.4 electrolyte injection infection of fluid resuscitation in patients with septic shock by hydroxyethyl starch helps to reduce the oxidative stress reaction of patients, correct blood coagulation function disorder, which has no obvious effect on the hemodynamics index.
