Abstract:Objective: To explore the normal range and related factors in lung function of 6~12 years old healthy school-age children in Shijiazhuang City. Methods: A stratified sample of 600 cases in Shijiazhuang city of healthy children selected as the research object. And the main index from each child's age, sex, height, weight and other general demographic data and 5 pulmonary function: vital capacity (VC), forced vital capacity (FVC), one second forced expiratory volume (FEV1), peak expiratory flow (PEF), maximal midexpiratory flow (MMEF) were collected. And the research data were statistical analyzed. Results: For 600 children, an average of VC was 2.05L, FVC was 1.83L, FEV1 was 1.65L, PEF was 2.32L, MMEF was 1.64L. The 5 indicators showed that the male was higher than female (Tong Ling), and the trend of increasing with age. VC, FVC, FEV1, PEF and age, height are closely related, MMEF and height are closely related, have a positive correlation between the 5 indicators are closely related to gender, boys of the lung function indicators were higher than girls in the 5n. Conclusion: Lung function of healthy school-age children increased with age, lung function and age boys are higher than girls. Different factors influence lung function of the same failure, age, height and sex are the main factors.
