Abstract:Objective: To analyze the causes of complications of tracheotomy in patients with severe craniocerebral injury, and to explore the corresponding nursing measures. Methods: The clinical data of 106 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2016 were analyzed and the causes and nursing measures of patients with complications were summarized. Results: In this group of patients, there were 42 cases of postoperative pulmonary infection patients. And the incidence rate was 40.6%. The analysis of severe craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy showed coma time > 1 weeks, mechanical ventilation and 10d and aspiration was the main factor of pulmonary infection. Conclusion: Severe craniocerebral injury patients with trachea cut sputum suction complications, and postoperative clinical nursing work should be strengthened, in order to prevent and reduce complications, promote patients recover
