Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical application of behavior therapy combination in schizophrenia. Methods: 369 cases of schizophrenia patients admitted in Jiulongshan hospital of qinhuangdao city from April 2012 to April 2015 were selected as the research objects. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated with risperidone combined with risperidone, and the treatment group was treated with risperidone for 8 weeks for the first time in 184 cases. The positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Adverse reaction scale (TESS) and extrapyramidal side effects scale (RSESE) were used to evaluate adverse reactions. Results: The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the PANSS scores between the two groups during the treatment period (P<0.05). The adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of the combination of behavioral therapy in schizophrenia is obvious, and the adverse reaction is low
