Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical value of HRCT combined with pulmonary function test in the diagnosis of connective tissue disease associated with interstitial lung disease (CTD-ILD). Methods: CTD-ILD was performed in 42 CTD-ILD patients from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2015. CTD-ILD was performed in 33 patients with CTD alone, and CTD was performed in healthy subjects at the same time. Thirty cases were taken as control group. All the patients were scanned by high resolution CT (HRCT) and lung function was examined. The lung function of the three groups was compared and the application of pulmonary function test in the diagnosis of CTD-ILD was analyzed. Results: Compared with CTD group and control group, the total lung CTD-ILD group (TLC), forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume (FEV1) were significant differences (P < 0.05); the CTD group and the control group had no significant difference compared to the lung function index. Among the 42 patients with CTD-ILD, 30 cases were detected by HRCT, the detection rate was 71.4%, and 12 cases of HRCT were not detected in 11 patients The combined detection rate was 97.6%, and the detection rate of HRCT was significantly higher than that of HRCT, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: HRCT combined with pulmonary function test for the diagnosis of connective tissue disease-related interstitial lung disease can effectively improve the detection rate, connective tissue disease patients with pulConmonary function suggest that pulmonary interstitial lesions may occur, it should cause clinical attention
