Abstract：Objective: To investigate the efficacy of ulinastatin combined with continuous intravenous hemodialysis in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were enrolled from January 2014 to November 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group received continuous intravenous hemodialysis and hemodialysis. The patients in the experimental group received ulinastatin combined with continuous intravenous hemodialysis. The disease-related parameters, clinical symptoms remission rate, remission time and overall treatment of two groups patients before and after treatment were compared. Results: The scores of Scr, BUN, TBil, ALT, Lac and CRP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01); The total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ulinastatin combined with continuous static - venous hemodiafiltration in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is significant, with reference.
