Abstract：Objective: To discuss the responsibility system for holistic nursing effect on the prognosis of patients with sudden deafness. Methods: Retrospective analysis in January 2010 to December 2013, to the hospital otolaryngology seeing a doctor of nursing clinical data of 152 patients with sudden deafness. Results: The responsibility system for overall nursing mode focus on the patient's psychological nursing, emotional regulation, Pay attention to health education, 76 patients recovered 34 cases (44.74%), 19 cases were markedly improved (25.0%), effective in 18 cases (23.68%), 5 cases (6.58%), the total effective rate of 93.42%, satisfaction of 92.4%, Treatment compliance 93.42%,Significantly higher than the traditional nursing mode. Conclusion: Responsibility system for sudden deafness patients in the routine drug treatment, the overall nursing on patients with mental, emotional, implement targeted psychological care and health education, actively improve the patient's bad mood, improve the effect of treatment.
