Abstract:Objective: To explore the influencing factors of happiness index in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: A total of 76 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who underwent endocrine therapy in our hospital from November 2014 to October 2016 were investigated by questionnaire. The Influencing Factors of Sense of Well - being in Patients with Systemic. Results: The data of 76 patients in this study showed that the average score of well-being index was (10.29 ± 2.28) and the average level was low, 21 patients (27.63%) had moderate (8.36 ± 4.32). The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that: the education level was low, married, and the family economic burden was lower than that of the family (P0.05) Weight, disease recurrence ≥ 2, duration of disease ≥ 2, the degree of disease, low social support are the factors that affect the well-being index. Conclusion: Most patients with systemic lupus erythematosus are in the low level of well-being index. In the course of clinical treatment, the patients should be treated according to the actual situation to improve the index of well-being.
