Abstract：Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of pingyangmycinc combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced skin cancer. Methods: From January 2012 to January 2016,selected 100 cases of skin cancer in our hospital, the patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=44) and control group (n=56), the observation group were treated with pingyangmycinc combined with radiotherapy, and the control group were treated with radiotherapy, observed the curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups. Results: The short-term curative efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), the proportion of complete remission (CR) and partial remission (PR) were 50.00% and 34.09%; Observation group 1, 2, 3 year survival rates were 90.70%, 77.90% and 61.20%, the control group 1, 2, 3 year survival rates were 85.20%, 68.10% and 50.40%, the observation group long-term curative effect was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05); The observation group and the control group nausea and vomiting, leukopenia, stomatitis and alopecia adverse reactions difference were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: It is safe and effective for the treatment of advanced skin cancer with pingyangmycinc combined with radiotherapy, which is worthy of clinical application.
