Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of posterior laminectomy combined with cruciate ligament system in the treatment of ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine. Methods: 50 patients with ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with posterior laminectomy. The patients in the experimental group were treated with staples The curative effect of cervical spine, spinal cord compression, JOA score, overall treatment, complication and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P> 0.05). There was a significant difference between the JOA score group and the control group (P <0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01) Significantly higher than the control group, the overall incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group, treatment satisfaction evaluation was significantly better than the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of posterior laminectomy combined with the treatment of ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine is significant and has reference significance.
