Abstract:Objective: To study the anesthesia in elderly patients with postoperative static note fluorine marcie's influence cognitive function and according to beta protein expression. Methods: Chose between April 2015 and March 2016, orthopaedic surgery treated in our hospital 82 cases of elderly patients. According to random number table method was divided into observation group and the control group each had 41 cases. All patients with general anesthesia processing, then the control group was given 5 ml saline intravenous injection, the observation group were given fluorine marcie, 5 ml intravenous injection. Respectively compared two groups of patients bleeding amount of operating time, wake up of time, extubation time, MMSE score, serum according to beta protein levels before and after operation and the OAA/S score before and after injection. Results: The observation group of waking time, extubation time, respectively (8.7±3.1) min and (13.1±2.4) min, were significantly lower than in the control group (12.9±2.9) min and (15.8±3.7) min, differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.001). After 6 h, 1 d after operation, postoperative MMSE score 3 d observation group were significantly higher than that of control group, differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.001). 6 h after surgery, postoperative serum according to beta level 1 d observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). 1 min, 2 min, 5 min after injection of OAA/S score of observation group patients were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion: General anesthesia in elderly patients with postoperative static note fluorine marcie, which can effectively shorten the postoperative patients with waking time, extubation time, at the same time improve patients MMES score, reduce according to beta protein concentration, reducing the occurrence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in patients.
