Abstract:Objective: To study the changes of serum BALP, CA125, NSE, CEA and CYFRA21-1 levels in patients with lung cancer bone metastases and the effects of radiotherapy on serum levels of PINP and β-CTX.Methods: Thirty-six patients with bone metastases from advanced lung cancer were included in our study. Forty patients with lung cancer without bone metastasis were selected as bone metastases group. BALP, CA125, NSE and CEA were measured in all patients. And CYFRA21-1 tumor markers such as levels. The levels of PINP and β-CTX in the patients with lung cancer bone metastasis before and after radiotherapy were also measured.Results: The levels of BALP, CA125, NSE, CEA and CYFRA21-1 in lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were significantly higher than those without metastasis (P <0.05). The level of serum PINP before radiotherapy was higher than that after radiotherapy, and there was significant difference (t = 5.233, P <0.05) (0.56 ± 0.41) ng / mL,which was slightly higher than that after radiotherapy (0.41 ± 0.13) ng / mL, there was no statistically significant difference (t = 1.266, P> 0.05). The level of serum PINP in patients with radiotherapy before radiotherapy was significantly higher than that before radiotherapy (110.13 ± 80.99 ng / mL vs 48.16 ± 18.91 ng / mL, t = 6.029, P <0.05) (0.48 ± 0.32) ng / mL, which was significantly higher than that after radiotherapy (0.29 ± 0.15) ng / mL, and there was significant difference (t = 4.609, P <0.05). The level of PINP in patients with bone metastases from lung cancer before radiotherapy (102.47 ± 78.75) ng / mL was significantly higher than that after radiotherapy (43.29 ± 18.28) ng / mL, and there was significant difference (t = 7.023, P < (0.52 ± 0.34) ng / mL was significantly higher than that after radiotherapy (0.34 ± 0.18) ng / mL, with statistical significance (t = 4.601, P <0.05). There were 11 cases of NR, 12 cases of PR and 13 cases of CR in 36 cases of lung cancer with bone metastatic chemotherapy. The effective rate was 69.44%.Conclusion: Combined detection of BALP, CA125, NSE, CEA and CYFRA21-1 in patients with bone metastases of lung cancer is of great clinical significance. In addition, serum PINP and β-CTX are helpful in judging the progression of bone metastasis. Both of them have a good monitoring effect in the evaluation of metastatic radiotherapy, which is of great significance to prolong the survival time of patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer and improve the therapeutic effect.
