Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on platelet activation and aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 92 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment. The patients in the control group were treated with aspirin, The observation group were treated with clopidogrel on the basis of control group. The platelet activating factor, platelet count and platelet volume were measured after 2 weeks of treatment, detected the level of ADP and AA pathway-induced platelet inhibition rate, the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: After treatment, CD62p and CD63 were significantly decreased (P <0.05).The level of CD62p and CD63 of platelet activation markers in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PLT and MPV between the two groups (P> 0.05). The platelet inhibition rate of AA and ADP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Clopidogrel combined with aspirin can effectively inhibit platelet activation and aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve the clinical curative effect.
