Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical effect of spinal canal stenosis with transforaminal endoscopic technique in the treatment of lumbar BEIS. Methods: 80 cases of lumbar foraminal stenosis patients admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into minimally invasive group (transforaminal endoscopic BEIS) and conventional group (traditional surgery) in 40 cases, compared two groups of patients with operation time, blood loss, hospital stay, pain, ODI function postoperative score. Results: The operation time, minimally invasive group bleeding volume and hospitalization time were lower than the traditional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 1 weeks after surgery, after 1 months, 3 months, minimally invasive group VAS, ODI scores and the traditional group was not statistically significant (P>0.05), two groups of patients, VAS compared with the preoperative ODI score were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Transforaminal endoscopic BEIS technique in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis has less trauma, quicker recovery advantages. And the surgical effect is equivalent to traditional surgery.
