Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of Dezocine combined with Rropivacaine on postoperative analgesia, stress response and the immune function of patients with gastric cancer. Methods: 74 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital undergone surgery were divided into dezocine combined with ropivacaine group (study group) and fentanyl ropivacaine group (control group) according to different drugs used by the patients. Postoperative analgesia, stress reaction and immune function of the two groups were compared. Results: 4h, 8h, 24h and 48h after the operation, the scale scores of the patients from visual fuzzy scale (VAS) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). 4h, 8h and 24h after the operation, the levels of ET and AngⅡin the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). 24h after the operation, the levels of CD3, CD4 and NK cells in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total adverse reactions after the operation in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dezocine combined with Ropivacaine has better analgesia effect in postoperative patients with gastric cancer, can reduce patients' stress response level and enhance patients' immune function, whose clinical effect is better.
