Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical features of cognitive, behavioral and motor function in patients with cerebrovascular disease complicated with sleep disorders. Methods: A retrospective study on 226 cases patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, according to whether patients with sleep disorders as cerebrovascular disease and sleep disorder group (study group) and cerebrovascular disease group (control group).The differences in behavior and motor function of the two groups of patients, cognitive were analyzed. Results: Sleep quality scale (PSQI) and sleepiness scale (ESS) scores were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (P<0.01) in the study group (). The simple mental state examination scale (MMSE), Fugl-Meyer Motor Scale (FMA) and cognitive function rating scale (LOTCA) score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) in the aspects of somatic, obsessive compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and terror. The scores of quality of life scale (GQOL-74) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01) in cognitive function, mental function, physical function and social function. Conclusion: Cerebrovascular disease complicated with sleep disorders in patients with severe daytime sleepiness and nocturnal insomnia, and cognitive and motor function in patients with such loss more, poor mental health, quality of life of patients decreased significantly compared with the same type of disease, clinical treatment and nursing care should be paid attention to.
