Abstract:Objective: To explore risk factors for infections in breast cancer patients chemotherapy after surgery in Southwest of China and carries on the analysis in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical infection prevention work. Methods: 56 GERD patients treated in Laoximen community health service center were divided into two groups. The treatment group patients used PPI combined with low intensity aerobic exercise, and the control group patients applied only PPI for treatment. 32 breast cancer patients in chemotherapy after surgery were analyzed on June 6, 2014- March 2016. All the materials were researched including oral ulcers, such as blood, urine specimens, to identify the bacteria and drug sensitive test. Results: 32 cases of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy were detected, with infection rate of59.3% during the second and third period of treatment. A total of 40 cases of infection, infection type is given priority to with respiratory tract infection, 20 cases (50%), digestive tract infection and skin soft tissue infection, 8 cases of each time each accounted for 20%; Pathogen of 32 cases of infection were detected 56 strains, with 30 strains of gram-negative bacteria, (53.6%), gram positive strains, fungi strains accounted for 28.6% and 17.9% respectively. Conclusion postoperative breast cancer chemotherapy patients lowered immunity, is people at high risk of infection, the infection is given priority to with the respiratory tract, targeted to develop effective nursing measures can reduce the incidence of infection, can improve the therapeutic effect of treatment. Conclusion: It is the people at high risk of infection, the infection is given priority to with the respiratory tract, targeted to develop effective nursing measures can reduce the incidence of infection, can improve the therapeutic effect.
