精细化护理对开窗式取骨植骨手术中的预后效果影响

摘要 目的:探究精细化护理对开窗式取骨植骨手术中的预后效果影响。方法:收集我院收治的择期进行开窗式取骨植骨手术患者74例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各37例,对照组予以常规护理,试验组在上述基础上予以精细化护理,两组均予以开窗式取骨植骨手术,比较两组患者ROM评分优良率、HSS评分优良率、骨骼愈合时间、一期愈合及二期愈合率、骨折压痛的消失时间、纵向叩击痛消除时间、护理服务的满意度、手术依从性。结果:与对照组相比,试验组患者ROM评分优良率以及HSS评分优良率较高,骨折压痛的消失时间以及纵向叩击痛消除时间缩短,骨骼愈合时间缩短,一期愈合以及二期愈合率较高,患者对护理服务的满意度以及手术的依从性评分较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理为开窗式取骨植骨手术患者提供了更加全面细致的护理干预,从而帮助促进骨骼愈合和植骨的增长,预后良好,适宜临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective: To investigate the effect of fenestration on bone graft and bone grafting by meticulous nursing. Methods: 74 patients undergoing fenestration bone grafting in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care; the experimental group was given meticulous care on the basis of the above; the two groups were treated with open window bone grafting and bone grafting. The ROM score excellent and good rate, good rate of HSS score, bone healing time, healing time and healing rate of two groups, fracture tenderness disappearance time, longitudinal percussion pain elimination time, nursing service satisfaction, operation compliance were compared between two group. Results: Compared with control group, the excellent and good rate of ROM score and HSS score excellent rate were higher, the disappearance time of fracture tenderness and the elimination time of longitudinal percussion pain were shortened, and the bone healing time was shortened. The rate of primary healing and the two stage healing rate was higher, and the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing service and the score of compliance were higher, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) . Conclusion: Meticulous nursing care for patients with fenestration bone grafting and bone grafting provides a more comprehensive and detailed nursing intervention, which can help to promote bone healing and bone graft growth, good prognosis, suitable for clinical application.
