Methods: 120 cases of laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had a total of 60 cases. Patients in control group were given routine nursing and health education. The patients in the experimental group received preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing care and health education. The visual analogue scale (VAS), Self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self rating Depression Scale (SDS), and the level of compliance of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment, VAS, SAS and SDS scores were decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the VAS, SAS, SDS score level was lower of experimental group patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the compliance rate was higher of experimental group patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: High quality nursing combined with health education can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery and postoperative pain.
