Abstract:Objective: To explore the nursing intervention for elderly patients with femoral fractures between rotor incidence of constipation. Methods: 108 elderly patients with femoral fracture admitted in orthopedic department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 54 cases of each group. The control group was given routine nursing care of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture, the observation group based on the implementation of nursing interventions to prevent constipation. The occurrence of constipation of two groups of lying in bed patients was observed and recorded and analyzed statistically. The incidence of constipation in the observation group was 12.96%, and the incidence of constipation in the control group was 48.15%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Prevention of constipation nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of constipation in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture, improve the quality of life of patients.
