Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of compound danshen dripping pills on renal function in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy at stage III - V. Methods: On the basis of intensive hypoglycemic, antihypertensive and lipid-lowering therapy, type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The changes of glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin excretion rate, urea nitrogen and serum creatinine before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, glycosylated hemoglobin, urea nitrogen, creatinine, urinary albumin excretion rate of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05); In the experimental group, the blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and urinary albumin excretion rate of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in stage V were significantly lower than those in stage IV and stage IV patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compound Danshen dripping pills have significant effect on improving the renal function of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, and the higher the staging of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, the more obvious the stage is.
