Abstract:Objective: To investigate the application of 3D printing technology in the treatment of complex bone fracture. Methods: 76 cases of complex fractures of the distal end of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 38 cases were treated with plate screw.38 cases in the experimental group were treated with 3D printing technology combined with plate screw fixation. The clinical efficacy of two groups of bone callus score, operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, fracture healing time, the recovery of knee function, pain score, postoperative complications and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared, the results using statistical software SPSS 17.0 to deal with. Results: After treatment, the two groups of patients with PRI induction, emotional score, total score, VAS score and PPI score decreased; The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.11%, and the effective rate of the control group was 68.42%. The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05) . The score of callus in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After the treatment, the recovery rate of joint function was 89.47%, and the recovery rate of the control group was 65.79%.The experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05); In the experimental group, the scores of PRI induction, emotion score, total score, VAS score and PPI score were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the complications and adverse reactions (P > 0.05). Conclusion: 3D printing technology in the treatment of complex fracture of the bone has a significant effect, good safety, suitable for clinical application.
