Curative Efficacy of Feizhen Acupuncture Combined with Ovulation |Stimulants in Treatment of Anovulatory Infertility and its effects| on Sex Hormone and Endometrium

Abstract：Objective: To study the curative efficacy of feizhen acupuncture combined ovulation stimulants in treatment of anovulatory infertility and its effects on sex hormone and endometrium. Methods: 76 patients of anovulatory infertility who received therapy from September 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected. According to random number table, they were divided into the observation group (n=38) and the control group (n=38). The control group was treated with oral Clomiphene, the observation group was combined with feizhen acupuncture, 2 menstrual cycles were treated continuously. The changes of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and endometrial thickness before and after treatment were compared, and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results: After treatment, the FSH, LH and E2 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05), the FSH, LH and E2 in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group [(23.42±2.75) IU/L vs (15.78±1.93) IU/L ,(54.84±4.50) IU/L vs (29.75±2.04) IU/L, (418.34±27.56) IU/L vs (367.45±25.34) IU/L] (P＜0.05); After treatment, the endometrial thickness in the two groups increased significantly compared with that before treatment (P＜0.05); the endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly thicker than the control group [(8.12±0.32) mm vs (7.31±0.37) mm](P＜0.05); the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than the control group [92.11% (35/38) vs 68.42% (26/38)] (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Feizhen acupuncture combined ovulation stimulants is well for anovulatory infertility, which can improve the expression of sex hormone, increase the thickness of endometrium and increase the rate of pregnancy.
