Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between the levels of CRP and low density lipoprotein and the degree of microvascular disease and glucose metabolism in diabetic patients. Methods: Forty patients with diabetes mellitus with vascular disease and 40 diabetic patients without vascular complications were enrolled in our hospital from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2017 as subjects. All the patients were divided into two groups, namely 40 patients with diabetes mellitus with diabetes mellitus as the control group and 40 patients with diabetes without vascular complications were observed. The CRP levels and low-density lipoprotein levels were measured and compared between the two groups. Results: According to the degree of patients' disease, the patients were divided into two kinds: one, two kinds and three kinds of vascular diseases. The CRP levels of the three groups were measured and the number of vascular lesions was found. The lower the CRP level was, the difference was statistically different P <0.05). The CRP level of the control group was measured and compared with that of the control group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The level of the low density lipoprotein was lower. The levels of CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Low-density lipoprotein levels were measured in the control group and compared with the low-density lipoproteins in the observation group. The CRP level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The levels of CRP and LDL in diabetic patients are closely related to the degree of microvascular disease.
