Abstract:Objective: To analyze the correlation between serum uric acid, stress hyperglycemia (SHG) ratio, triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index, and occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods: The clinical data of 234 patients with AMI in Xuancheng People' s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed from November 2019 to November 2023. According to the occurrence of MACE, the patients were divided into AMI group (patients without MACE, n=182) and MACE group (patients with MACE, n=52). The clinical data and laboratory detection indicators were compared between groups of patients, and the risk factors for MACE in AMI were analyzed. ROC curve was used to evaluate the predictive efficiency of serum uric acid, SHG ratio and TyG index on MACE in AMI patients.Results: Time from infarction to reperfusion, serum uric acid, SHG ratio, TyG index, Scr, cTnT and LVEF were all risk factors for MACE in AMI patients (P<0.05). The curves of serum uric acid, SHG ratio and TyG index all had certain predictive value on MACE in AMI patients (AUC>0.5), and their sensitivities were 86.54%, 76.92% and 67.31%, the specificities were 45.60%, 67.58% and 67.58%, and the cut-off values were 337.31 μmol/L, 1.16 and 4.21 respectively.Conclusion: Serum uric acid, SHG ratio, and TyG index have a certain correlation with the occurrence of MACE in AMI patients. The higher the above indicators, the greater the risk of MACE in patients. Clinically, serum uric acid, SHG ratio and TyG index can be used as predictive indicators of postoperative MACE in AMI patients in order to take early targeted preventive measures and improve the prognosis of patients as much as possible.
