Influence of 3D Printing Navigation-Assisted Neuroendoscopic Hematoma Evacuation on Hematoma Clearance Rate Postoperative Recovery and Prognosis in Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influence of 3D printing navigation-assisted neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation on hematoma clearance rate, postoperative recovery, and prognosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH).Methods: The clinical data of HICH patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. Among the patients, 51 who received CT-guided neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation were included in control group, and another 51 who were given 3D printing navigation-assisted neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation were enrolled as observation group. The surgical status, postoperative recovery status and occurrence of postoperative complications, hemodynamic indicators, and brain neurological function indicators before surgery and at 1 week after surgery were compared between the two groups, and the prognosis was evaluated.Results: In observation group, except that the hematoma clearance rate was significantly higher than that in control group, the other surgical indicators and postoperative recovery indicators were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Within 1 week after surgery, there were no statistical differences in the incidence rates of postoperative complications between groups (P>0.05). At 1 week after surgery, the NSE in the two groups was significantly enhanced than that before treatment, and the other hemodynamic indicators and brain nerve function indicators were significantly risen compared with those before treatment, and absolute values of pre- and post-operative differences were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The GOS score in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: 3D printing navigation-assisted neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation can contribute to the recovery and prognosis of HICH patients, and has high hematoma clearance rate, and it can significantly improve the hemodynamic indicators and brain neurological function indicators, and has low risk of complications.
