丁苯酞联合阿司匹林和硫酸氢氯吡格雷对急性脑梗死患者NIHSS评分和mRS评分影响

摘要 目的: 研究药物对急性脑梗死患者NIHSS评分和mRS评分影响。方法: 研究对象选择2018年8月到2020年6月在本院进行治疗的86例患者,将86例患者分为观察组43例和对照组43例(简单随机分组法)。对照组患者进行阿司匹林和硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗,观察组在上述治疗的基础上增加丁苯酞进行治疗。对比两组病患的临床疗效、医治前后的NIHSS评分、mRS评分及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化情况。结果: 观察组患者治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组患者的总有效率(93.02%VS72.09%)(χ²=6.541,P=0.011);两组患者在治疗后的NIHSS、mRS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者NIHSS、mRS评分的治疗前后差值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗后的TNF-α、IL-6及hs-CRP指标水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者TNF-α、IL-6及hs-CRP指标水平的治疗前后差值显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论: 急性脑梗死患者应用丁苯酞联合阿司匹林和硫酸氢氯吡格雷的临床疗效较好,可有效降低炎症反应水平,促进神经功能恢复。

Abstract：Objective: To study the effect of drugs on NIHSS score and mRS Score in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 86 cases with acute cerebral infarction who were treated from August 2018 to June 2020 were selected as research subjects and divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases) by simple random grouping.The control group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel bisulfate. The clinical efficacy, NIHSS score, mRS score and changes in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (93.02%VS72.09%) (χ²=6.541, P=0.011); the NIHSS and mRS scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were decreased (P<0.05), and the difference of NIHSS and mRS scores before and after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment (P<0.05), and the difference of TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP index levels in the observation group before and after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with aspirin and clopidogrel bisulfate in patients with acute cerebral infarction is better, which can effectively reduce the level of inflammation and promote the recovery of nerve function.
