Abstract：Objective: To analyze the relationship between heat shock 70 KDa protein (HSP70),tumor necrosis factor-α(tnf-),interleukin-4(IL-4) and humoral immunity in hypertensive patients during pregnancy.Methods: 108 patients with gestational hypertension treated in hospitals from December 2016 to June 2019 were selected as observation group,and 108 pregnant women in the same period,the control group.Observe the humoral immune indexes and serum HSP70,TNF-α,IL-4 differences between the two groups,and to analyze the correlation between HSP70,TNF-α,IL-4 and humoral immunity in hypertensive patients during pregnancy.Results: There was significant difference in humoral immunity between observation group and control group (P<0.05).There was significant difference in serum HSP70,TNF-α and IL-4 levels between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that there was a close correlation between HSP70,TNF-α,IL-4 and humoral immunity in patients with gestational hypertension (all P<0.05).Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between humoral immune level and HSP70,TNF-α,IL-4 in hypertensive patients during pregnancy,which can screen high-risk pregnant women through HSP70,TNF-α,IL-4 examination,so as to give effective intervention measures as soon as possible to protect the health and safety of mother and child.
