Study on the Influence of Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine for the Emotional State and Sleep Quality of Patients with Sleep Disorder after Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective: To study the influence of integration of traditional and western medicine for the emotional state and sleep quality of patients with sleep disorder after cerebral infarction.Methods:200 patients with sleep disorder after cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the study object,and they were randomly divided into control group 100 cases and observation group 100 cases.The control group were treated with routine western medicine treatment,the observation group were treated with integration of traditional and western medicine.Then the effect of sleep improvement,emotionalstate(HAD scale) and sleep quality(PSQI scale)of two groups before and after the treatment were evaluated and compared.Results:The effect of sleep improvement of observation group at first course and second course after the treatmentwere better than those of control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05),the HAD scale and PSQI scale of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no significant differences(P>0.05),the HAD scale and PSQI scale of two groups after the treatment were obviously improved,and the three scales of observation group were all significantly better than those of control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:The integration of traditional and western medicine can effectively improve the emotional state and sleep quality of patients with sleep disorder after cerebral infarction,and it has higher application value in the patients with sleep disorder after cerebral infarction
