Abstract：Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with fasudil in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis and its influence on patients' cognitive function. Methods: 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into study group ( n = 50 ) and control group ( n = 50 ). The control group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with conventional antithrombotic drugs. The study group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with fasudil. the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after treatment, and the nfd and mbi scores of the two groups were compared. The hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared. Results: The clinical efficacy of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The NDF score of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the MBI score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The hemorheological indexes (FIB, HBV, ESR, HCT) of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with Shu Di injection has good clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. It can obviously improve the curative effect of the clinical treatment, improve the blood flow status of the patients, improve the MBI, NFD score, improve the treatment experience of the patients, and improve the recovery of cognitive function. It is of great benefit to the treatment of cerebral blood thrombus.
