Abstract：Objective: To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction combine with intrauterine infusion of G－CSF on infertile patients and study its possible mechanism. Methods: 60 patients with low endometrial receptivity of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (20 cases), perfusion group (20 cases), and Chinese medicine combined perfusion group (20 cases). The Chinese medicine group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction. The perfusion group was treated by intrauterine infusion of recombinant human G CSF, and the Chinese medicine plus perfusion group was treated by combination of them. The changes of pregnancy rate, TCM syndrome score, endometrial thickness and echo score, uterine artery pulsation index (PI) and resistance index (RI) were observed before and after treatment. Results: The pregnancy rate after treatment was higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine plus perfusion group than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and perfusion group (P<0.05). TCM syndrome scores were compared before and after treatment, and the Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine plus perfusion group had statistical significance (P < 0.01). After treatment, the thickness and echo score of endometrium in each group increased significantly, and the thickness of endometrium in the Chinese medicine plus perfusion group was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the perfusion group (P < 0.001). After treatment, the thickness and echo score of endometrium in each group increased significantly, and the thickness of endometrium in the Chinese medicine plus perfusion group was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the perfusion group (P < 0.001). The pulsatility index of uterine artery in Chinese herbal medicine plus perfusion group was significantly lower than that in traditional Chinese medicine group (P< 0.01). There was no significant difference in uterine artery resistance index between the three groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Bushen Huoxue Recipe and intrauterine intrauterine infusion of recombinant human G CSF to improve the endometrial receptivity is reliable, which embodies the synergistic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and deserves further study and clinical popularization.
