左卡尼汀联合生脉注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效及对血清心肌肌钙蛋白I与肌酸激酶同工酶水平的影响

摘要 目的:探讨左卡尼汀联合生脉注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效及对血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)与肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平的影响。方法:收集2015年5月至2017年5月入院的100例病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组患儿给予常规治疗,实验组患儿则加用左卡尼汀联合生脉注射液,比较两组患儿中医症状评分、疾病总体疗效、中医证候疗效、疾病相关参数、细胞免疫与心功能。结果:实验组患儿治疗后各维度症状评分、中医症状总分、TNF-α、IL-6、cTnI与CK-MB水平组间比较均显著性低于对照组,CD₃、CD₄与CD₄/CD₈水平均显著性高于对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.01);疾病总体显效率与中医证候显效率明显高于对照组,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀联合生脉注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效及对cTnI与CK-MB水平的影响显著,具有借鉴意义。

Abstract：Objective: To investigate the effect of levocarnitine combined with Shengmai injection on the treatment of viral myocarditis in children and the effect of serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB). Methods: 100 patients with viral myocarditis enrolled from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The children in the control group were given routine treatment. The patients in the experimental group were treated with levocarnitine combined with Shengmai injection Fluid, compare the two groups of children with TCM symptom score, the overall efficacy of the disease, TCM syndrome, disease-related parameters, cellular immunity and cardiac function. Results: Compared with the control group, CD3, CD4 and CD4 / CD8 were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) (P<0.01). The overall markedly effective rate of disease was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The significant difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of levocarnitine combined with Shengmai injection on children with viral myocarditis and the effect on cTnI and CK-MB levels is significant.
