Abstract：Objective: To study the effect of orthopedic surgeon, rehabilitation physician and nursing joint on the function of knee joint in the early stage of femoral shaft fracture, and to observe the effect of early done of functional exercise therapy. Methods: Patients with femoral shaft fractures were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with combination therapy group, orthopedic surgeon and physician, rehabilitation group and nursing treatment. The bone traction was performed in time and early knee function exercise. The other group for the control group, orthopedic surgeon after traction treatment income should be prior to the emergency treatment of general, chest, neurosurgery and other departments, to be stable after the transfer into orthopedic surgery. According to the inclusion criteria, each group collected 30 cases. The age of the two groups, the timing of operation, the time of operation, the shortening of femur, and the knee knee flexion function were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results: There was no significantly difference in the age and operation time between the two groups. The operative time and the number of femoral shortening in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The active flexion range of the knee joint was better than that of the control group at 3 months after operation. Conclusion: Early combination therapy, preoperative knee functional therapy, standardized traction, more favorable surgical treatment of old femoral shaft fractures, is conducive to the recovery of better knee function.
