Abstract：Objective: To study the clinical effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown repair on gingival crevicular fluid. Methods: A total of 110 patients who underwent coronary resuscitation from October 2013 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: The patients in the observation group were treated with zirconia all-ceramic crowns, while the control group was coated with cobalt-chromium alloy for crown repair, gingival color, bleeding index and plaque index were recorded. The levels of AST and ALP were detected by Beckman Kurt AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer. The detection of TNF-α and IL-6 was carried out by ELISA, and the PCR products were used to analyze Haemophilus influenzae, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Trichoderma spp. and Pseudomonas sp. were detected. Results: Compared with before treatment, the levels of PD, BI and PLI were increased in the two groups, and the increase of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Before treatment, AST, ALP, TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The levels of AST, ALP, TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly higher than those before treatment. The detection rate of Aa, Pg, Tf, Fn and Td in the subgingival plaque specimens of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion: The effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown on the periodontal effect is small, and it can effectively reduce the levels of AST, ALP, TNF-α and IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid, and can also reduce the subgingival pathogens Of the detection rate, excellent clinical results.
