Abstract：Objective: To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on acute ischemic stroke and the levels of FIB and Hcy in serum. Methods: A total of 70 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted to our hospital during July 2015 to July 2016. All the patients were randomized into two groups: the control group (35 cases) used diuretics, cardiac glycoside, aspirin; for the observation group (35 cases), on the basis of the control group treatment, used aspirin combined with clopidogrel. After the treatment for 1 month, the neurologic impairment score and the levels of FIB, Hcy in serum were compared in the two groups and statisticaly analysed in two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results: After the treatment, the scores of NIHSS was decreased in two groups; but the observation group was decreased obviously(P<0.05); at the same time, the levels of FIB and Hcy in the observation group were significant lower than the control group after the treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Aspirin plus clopidogrel in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve patients platelet viscosity, at the same time, reduce the FIB and Hyc level in serum, improve the clinical curative effect and the prognosis; it is worthy of further promotion in clinical treatment.
