Abstract：Objective: To observe the effects of different kinds of local anesthetics in patients with diabetes after cesarean section pregnancy neurotoxicity.Methods: 90 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research object.According to the gestational diabetes mellitus, women were divided into diabetic group (n=45) and non-diabetic group (n=45).The analysis of different kinds of local anesthetics on the two groups after cesarean section occurred neurotoxicity, success rate of nerve block and block duration.And to analyze the impact of species, local anesthetic concentration, dose and duration to maternal neurotoxicity after cesarean section.Results: Diabetes group neurotoxicity incidence rate was 86.67%, significantly higher than that of non-diabetic group neurotoxicity incidence was 68.89% (p<0.05);The success rate of nerve block in the diabetic group was 95.55% and that of the diabetic group was less than that in the non-diabetic group (p<0.05). The success rate of nerve block was 82.22% (p<0.05);Types of local anesthetics on small maternal neurotoxicity after cesarean section is relatively better than bupivacaine and ropivacaine, Liddle Kain (p<0.05);The smaller the higher dose of ropivacaine toxicity greater neurotoxicity (p<0.05);The higher the concentration, the greater the neurotoxicity (p<0.05);The longer the duration of action, the greater the neurotoxicity (p<0.05).Conclusion: diabetes in pregnancy after cesarean section neurotoxicity of local anesthetics is larger, better effect of local anesthetic nerve block of women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Effect of different kinds and concentration, dosage and time effect of local anesthetics on the neurotoxicity of different clinical attentions.It is necessary to further study, in order to reduce the neurotoxicity of local anesthetics brought by the development prospects for the rational application of local anesthetics.
