Abstract：Objective: To explore the application of Warming Yang and Yiqi Gubiao method in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: 152 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected as objects. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 76 cases. The observation group received warm kidney combined with Yiqi Gubiao method treatment, the control group took capsule in the treatment. The efficacy and clinical symptoms of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 56.58% (43/76), 93.42% (71/76), respectively, which were significantly higher than the control group of 35.58% (27/76), 81.58% (62/76). And sneeze of two groups before treatment of blocked nose, runny nose, nasal itching and other clinical symptoms and signs of expression ratio compared no difference, after the treatment, The proportion above in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion: Warming Yang and Yi Qi method for allergic rhinitis has significant therapeutic effect, and the clinical symptoms, tongue and pulse were improved, It is worthy to be popularized.
